Heather Necklace - Hand Made in Scotland

There are few things as intimately connected with Scotland as Highland Heather. Presented on a beautiful information card complete with the history of Scottish heather, colour and species guide (and complimentary silver polishing cloth), this necklace makes the perfect thoughtful and sentimental gift. This necklace is lightweight and measures 12.5mm in diameter, making it the perfect flattering size. Chain length is 18 inches. Each September, Laura from 'In the Heather' in Glasgow spends a day in Glen Isla, located amongst stunning unspoilt heathland, harvesting the heather by hand, taking just enough to last us a year, as this beautiful species only blooms once a year.
